The Jonas Brothers are set to release their new single, ‘No Time To Talk,’ which features a sample from the Bee Gees’ iconic 1977 hit, ‘Stayin’ Alive.’ The pop-rock boy band teased the song on Monday, June 16, sharing a short snippet that clearly incorporates the melody and some lyrics from the disco classic.

This musical collaboration, while seemingly out of the blue, makes sense given the shared dynamic of both groups being composed of brothers. The Bee Gees are not only one of the most influential bands in music history but are also celebrated for the special bond they shared as a family. This familial connection is something the Jonas Brothers can uniquely relate to, setting them apart from many other acts inspired by the Bee Gees. The immense popularity and catchy melody of ‘Stayin’ Alive’ undoubtedly also played a role in their decision to use the sample.

The Jonas Brothers, comprised of Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas, formed in 2005 and gained widespread popularity through their appearances on Disney Channel shows and films. After a hiatus in the mid-2010s, they reunited in 2019, releasing two successful albums: Happiness Begins (2019) and The Album (2023).

Kevin Jonas revealed to Variety that the Bee Gees were “a huge influence” on the group, having grown up listening to them with their father. This deep-rooted appreciation for the legendary trio has now culminated in ‘No Time To Talk.’

The new track is the second single from their upcoming seventh studio album, Greetings from Your Hometown, which is set to be released on August 8, 2025. ‘No Time To Talk’ was officially released in full on Friday, June 20, following the album’s first single, ‘Love Me to Heaven,’ which came out on March 21.

This year, 2025, marks the 20th anniversary of the Jonas Brothers, and they will be celebrating with a North American tour later in the year.
