The Life of Kane Brown: A Candid Conversation
Country music star Kane Brown recently sat down for an interview, offering a candid look into his life, from his unique name to his latest personal and professional milestones.
A Name and a Hobby
Brown shared a funny anecdote about his name, noting that while he doesn’t know many other “Kanes,” he did once play on a little league team with a “Kane White.” He also humorously questioned his mother’s claim that he was named after the WWE wrestler, Kane, pointing out that he was born before the wrestler’s famous persona emerged.
An avid sports fan, Brown revealed that he is a huge player of fantasy sports. He explained that his love for individual players over specific teams has grown since he started playing.
A 60-Hour Fast and a New Direction
Brown also opened up about his decision to undergo a 60-hour fast. He explained that his journey was “kickstarted” by a desire to become healthier, especially with his demanding tour schedule. The fast, which he completed with friends, helped him to stop eating unhealthy foods and completely changed his mindset. “That fast made me not want to put anything… bad in my body,” he said. The experience has now led him to a new passion: bodybuilding.
He also shared his excitement about his new physique, noting that he’s been working on his back and shoulders, and now feels “10 years younger.”
New Music and Upcoming Projects
Brown discussed his upcoming acting debut in a movie titled The Token Groomsman. He will be starring alongside actor Taylor Lautner, whom he jokingly called his “best friend in real life.” The movie will be filmed in Italy, a place Brown has never been to but is very excited to visit.
Finally, Brown gave an update on his music career. He talked about his latest single, “Backseat Driver,” and how he’s excited to return to social media to promote the song. He also teased that fans can expect another new song “very soon.”
As the interview came to a close, Brown reflected on his life and career, noting that he’s on a “steady climb” and is grateful for all of his recent successes.
