Country music fans got a little more than they bargained for at a recent Kane Brown tour stop! American Idol winner Scotty McCreery, opening for the headliner, experienced a memorable moment on stage – a full-on fall!
The clip of the unexpected tumble has been making the rounds online, but Scotty is proving he’s a good sport. He even shared the video on his Instagram, adding a playful caption declaring the stage “1” and himself “0” in their impromptu wrestling match.
It seems the fall provided some amusement for his crew as well, with one joking about his wrist and another declaring the moment the “highlight of tonight.” Even someone who apparently had a previous hospital visit found humor in Scotty’s mishap!
Of course, the most important thing is that Scotty seems to be okay. As one concertgoer noted, while there was initial concern, it seems he wasn’t seriously hurt and the show went on.
Scotty McCreery captured hearts and the American Idol crown back in 2011 during season 10. Since then, he’s built a successful country music career, releasing six studio albums and earning the prestigious honor of being inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2024. This little stage stumble is just a funny anecdote in his already impressive journey!
