Kane Brown and Daughter Kingsley Share Adorable Playtime Moment
Laughter comes easy to Kingsley Brown when her famous and very funny dad, country crooner Kane Brown, is around. On a recent Thursday, Kane shared a heartwarming video on Instagram of his playtime with his two-year-old daughter.
In the video, the “One Mississippi” singer stands over the sink as Kingsley has her hand on the faucet handle. Kane playfully feigns ignorance about how the sink works, allowing his little girl to “surprise” him by turning on the water. Kingsley erupts into a fit of giggles over her dad’s reaction, and the laughs continue as she gets him delightfully wet. The music superstar then gives her another go, gamely leaning under the faucet one more time. He also finds new ways to keep his tot amused, showcasing their playful dynamic.
It’s clear from the video that Kane and Kingsley share the tightest bond. The “Heaven” singer emphasized this in his caption, affectionately writing, “my best friend.”
Kane and his wife, Katelyn, are proud parents of two daughters. They welcomed Kingsley in 2019 and their youngest daughter, Kodi, last December. It looks like Kingsley is already embracing her role as a big sister. In May, the country singer shared a sweet photo of Kingsley wrapping her arm around the infant, captioning it simply, “my world.”
At the CMA Awards last fall, Kane gave Access Hollywood an update on his two-year-old daughter’s budding personality. “She’s getting her personality… she’s hilarious,” he shared. He recounted a recent incident where Kingsley woke up crying late at night. Despite his initial reluctance, knowing she might not go back to sleep easily, he eventually went to her. It was clear from his retelling that even in the midst of a restless night, Kingsley’s charm and unique personality shine through. “She’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” he concluded, beaming. “She is so cute… you could see her personality is so sweet. She’s my girl. I love it.”
