Country music superstar Kane Brown is hitting the road again for his “Love It in the Air Tour,” and he’s excited to get back on stage after spending time at home with his family. The artist recently opened up about his tour, his expanding family, and even his surprising new venture into acting.
A Family Affair
Brown’s daughters, Kingsley and Kodi, are a big part of his life, and they go everywhere with him on tour. He shared a heartwarming anecdote about his oldest daughter, Kingsley, who is a natural performer. “She gets on stage, she sings every song, she does this walk like a model walk,” he said. His youngest, Kodi, is more reserved and has a bit of stage fright, but she tries to follow her big sister’s lead.
The family is also about to get bigger, as Brown and his wife, Katelyn, are expecting a baby boy. The couple already has two girls and thought their family was complete. When they found out they were having a boy, Kane said, “I was the only one that felt like it was a boy because, like I said, we were done. I was like, this is God telling me that this is your son.” He also shared a funny story about a gender reveal mishap that had his emotions “everywhere.”
He also spoke about his wife’s singing, saying she is “incredible” and that he gets nervous for her, but she tells him that he holds her together on stage.
From Music to Movies
In a new chapter of his career, Brown is trying his hand at acting. While he admitted he’s not a seasoned actor, he said his dream role would be a superhero like Deadpool or Spider-Man. He also expressed an interest in horror and comedy. When asked about his new journey, he said, “I love scary movies, but I feel like I would have to be the first one to go.”
