“I have three kids now, everybody’s younger, and I just realized the other day that I’m still one of the youngest guys in country music,” Brown said.
Beyond music, Brown has also been focusing on fitness and healthy living. “Working out has brought back my young mentality,” he shared. “No fast food, no sugar — chicken, turkey, rice, potatoes, asparagus. I work out every day, run a mile every day, and push myself. I want to look like a plastic toy soldier.”
When asked if he sees fellow country star Morgan Wallen as competition, Brown laughed it off. “Morgan’s my boy,” he said. “He actually just hit me up about training.”
