Introduction:

Kane and Katelyn Brown Bring Their Love Story to Lifetime With Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch
Country music’s favorite couple, Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn, are spreading holiday cheer in a whole new way. The Browns have teamed up with Lifetime as executive producers for a heartwarming new Christmas movie titled Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch — a festive romance inspired by their chart-topping duet, “Thank God.”
The beloved song, released in 2022, became one of the biggest hits of Kane’s career. It soared to No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart in early 2023, earned three CMA Award nominations including Single of the Year, and won the 2023 CMT Music Award for Video of the Year. But beyond the accolades, the song resonated deeply with fans for its message of gratitude and love — a reflection of the couple’s real-life bond.
“The song ‘Thank God’ is so special to us,” the Browns shared in a statement to Billboard. “We love performing it on stage, and it’s incredible how it’s connected to so many fans. We also really love Christmas and celebrating as a family. So for these two worlds to collide, we couldn’t be more excited.”
Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch brings those emotions to the screen through a touching story of love, healing, and second chances. The film stars Arielle Kebbel (UnREAL) as a single mom and equestrian therapist, and Tyler Hilton (One Tree Hill) as a pro hockey player recovering from a career-threatening injury just weeks before Christmas. When fate brings them together at Keller Ranch, sparks — and snowflakes — start to fly.
While Kane and Katelyn won’t appear in the film, their presence will be felt throughout — their song “Thank God” will play multiple times, serving as the movie’s emotional heartbeat.
Executive producer Adam Reed praised the Browns’ creative involvement: “This film captures and translates to the screen the soul and wildly universal themes behind Kane and Katelyn’s hit duet. Their music evokes a feeling that has attracted millions of fans around the world, and it’s a gift to bring that spirit to life with Lifetime.”
Elaine Frontain Bryant, executive vice president and head of programming for A&E, Lifetime, and LMN, added, “We are thrilled to have the incredibly talented Kane and Katelyn Brown join our Lifetime holiday family. Their music not only touches the heart but also tells a story — and we’re excited to transform that story into an extraordinary movie experience.”
For Kane and Katelyn, this marks their first time as television executive producers, expanding their creative horizons beyond the stage. A release date has yet to be announced, but the film will premiere later this year as part of Lifetime’s beloved It’s a Wonderful Lifetime holiday lineup.
With its themes of love, gratitude, and redemption — and the magic of Kane and Katelyn’s signature song — Thank God: Christmas at Keller Ranch is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated holiday films of the year.
